Role-based access is enforced in the database through a dedicated roles table and a security-definer role check. This page exposes only non-sensitive configuration state: credential names are shown, credential values never leave the server.

Refresh windows: characteristics 90 days · valuation 30 days · rent 30 days · comparables 30 days · market statistics 30 days. Repeat lookups inside a window are served from the database and cost nothing. Simultaneous lookups of the same uncached property are coalesced into a single provider request.
