The V1 screen ranks every address PDI has already analyzed by gross rental yield (provider rent estimate × 12 ÷ provider value estimate) and shows the rent-to-value ratio alongside it. Both are arithmetic on retrieved figures — no financing, vacancy, maintenance or management assumptions are applied, and nothing here is a recommendation to transact.
